Nsr250 Mc28 PgmIV

After quite a few repairs on PgmIV units, I have at last one for myself as well.
It is equipped with a HRC P-010 card, so it's the perfect addition for my mc28 racing/ track bike.

    I would like to know how to program the HRC card for my PGM IV. I found a card on japanese auction, but i need to know how to program the card before committing in my purchase
